Very effective video. The strap, however, is essential, and is what makes the system work. My son and I have been using the strap for about two weeks, and have noticed considerable improvement in shooting technique and accuracy, particularly from the free-throw line. I was already a pretty consistent 80% free-throw shooter, but with some of the modifications that I have made from the video and strap, I am now around 92% after just two weeks. I'm very pleased. My three-point percentage has gone down, but that is a factor of wrist strength, which should improve with time.
