Description
PS Wood Machines’ Timber Wolf band saw blades run cooler, last longer and track true. Our 1/2” x 4 tpi x .025 blades are made of Swedish Silicon Steel. The teeth are induction hardened, milled for true tracking and produce a thin kerf . These blades run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw. Our welds are warranted. The 1/2” x 4 tpi blades are generally used for straight-line cutting in 2-1/2”-6” hardwoods and 1-1/2”-4” softwoods. This is an excellent resaw blade if you want a little nicer finish than the 3 tpi but material height is limited to 6”. They can also make a 2-1/2” radius (5” diameter) cut

Blade pulled drastically to one side. No matter what I did to the band saw, it would drastically pull to the same side. Tried different top wheel placements and adjusted the fence for drift. Nothing worked. Still kept pulling to one side. I had my blade sharpening guy look at it, and the blade was only sharpened on one side. I hate getting a bad blade out the box.
